I workout out and I eat healthy

Need advice? I'm here.

I eat soooo much!

But thats cause I’m always so hungry. So I try to snack more throughout the day to prevent that hunger feeling where I just want to eat everything.

Breakfast:

Coffee and creamer - 70

Grapefruit - 97

Oatmeal with banana - 200

Lunch:

Mini muffin - 50

Carrots - 35

Special K chips - 57

Luna Bar - 190

Dinner:

3 slices of pizza :/ - 607

But I ate everything before 7pm. I just got done with a run so I might go have half protein shake.
